Furan resin with minimum 70% Furfural Alcohol content. Kaltharz 70 P is a cold curing resin with low formaldehyde content and has very high productivity. Kaltharz 70 P has nitrogen content upto 1% maximum. It can be used for making moulds and cores for steel and gray iron castings. Most suitable for use in continuous mixers.

Activator 100T3
This is a common Hardener for all types of Furan Resins. This is a solution of organic acid from Sulphonic acid group and suitable to accelerate curing of Furan Resins even under low temperature conditions. Depending on customer requirements we have various grades like slow, medium and fast grade. Activator 100T3 gives excellent through curing due to mixture of organic acids. |

THERMOSET U 6040
Furan hot box resin used for non ferrous
casting. It has excellent collapsibility at
temperature below 1000˚C.
Thermoset U 6040 has longer bench life when mixed with hardner 6040. In Furan
hot box resin, curing takes place at 180˚C
only. Thermoset U 6040 produces very low gases at pouring temperature.
HARDNER U 6040
Hardner 6040 is a curing agent for the Furan hotbox thermoset process. The low acidity of the catalyst insures a long bench life for the mixture, with rapid curing in the hot core box or in the drying oven.

SINOTHERM TN 1214
Sinotherm TN 1214 is a cold curing low Nitrogen free liquid phenolic formaldehyde resole resin. This resin is suitable for the production of cores and moulds for gray cast iron, ductile iron, steel and non ferrous heavy metals.
HARDNER S 1214
Hardner S 1214 is a solution of organic acid from sulfonic acid group. Hardner S
1214 is especially suitable for accelerated curing of
Sinotherm TN 1214. Depending on customers requirement we have various grades of
hardner.
Sinotherm 1214 with bench life from 3 minutes to 20 minutes.

SINOTHERM 5022
Sinotherm 5022 is an alkaline phenolic resole resin cured by esters. It has a very low odour level and it gives excellent flowability in sand mix. Sinotherm 5022 gives excellent collapsible properties after pouring. It can be used with all types of sands. It has very low nitrogen (less than 0.5%) and zero sulphur level. Depending on application requirement we have three major grades of Sinotherm 5022
SINOTHERM 5022 (A)
This grade is used for all type of casting wall thickness. Also most
suitable on fresh sand.
SINOTHERM 5022 (B)
This grade is used for casting wall thickness less than 100mm. This is also
called as hybrid grade due to resin composition.
SINOTHERM 5022 (A)
This grade is designed specially to avoid hot tear problem in casting. |

ACTIVATOR 3340
Activator 3340 is based on combination of esters for
curing sinotherm 5022, depending on customers
requirement & criticality of casting. We have
various grades of Activator 3340 as fast, medium and
slow with bench life from 3 minutes to 40 minutes. |

PENTEX 2691
Pentex 2691 is a cold curing, Phenol Formaldehyde Resin. It can be used for making moulds and cores for light metals, like Al/Mg Alloys. It has a good breakdown, low emission of fumes. Pentex 2691 is also used for heavy metal like steel and cast irons. This material is suitable for use in continuous mixers.
Also suitable for batch mixture also
for making small cures for higher
productivity.
Pentex 2691resin can be stripped out within 4 minutes and bench life can be
extended upto 15 minutes depending
on casting size.
Activator 1250
Activator 1250 is Isocynate based hardner. It has excellent breakdown properties & low emission of fumes.
Catalyst 1251
Catalyst 1251 is used as accelerator for Pentex 2691 and Activator 1250. |

GASHARZ 5271
Gasharz 5271 is a benzylic ester type synthetic resin for cold box process. It is remarkable for its high thermal stability and long bench life of the sand mixture, low odour levels. It is characterized by very low sticking tendency and low moisture sensitivity. This is a three-part system with Activator and liquid amine catalysts which cures the resin.
CATALYST 5271
Catalyst 5271 is tertiary amine initiator for the cold box process.
Activator 4108
Activator 4108 is isocynate base hardner. It is used in combination with Gasherz 5271 for making Cores.
Gasherz 6348
Polyurethane cold box resin with high thermal stability at high temperature. Gasherz 6348 provides excellent releasing properties which improves productivity. this resin
also provides excellent moisture resistance. This has VOC compounds due to aliphatic ester used in solved system. Due to higher curing speed, this resin improves productivity.

Activator 5333 is used with Gasharz 6348 for making cores. It is based on isocyanate and combination of solvents for better
properties while making cures. This also provides
longer bench life properties when used with Gasharz
6348.

Resital 4920 P, Phenolic Novolac Resin is in powdered form. Resital 4920 P can be tailored according to individual requirement of Flow length, Melting point, Curing time This phenol formaldehyde novolac resin has a fineness of – 200 mesh min and is suitable for application in various industries such as refractory, moulding powder, grinding wheel etc. Resital 4920 has very good carbonization properties due to which it is an excellent source of carbon as well as a binder in the production of shaped refractory resin.

HARDNER R 4920 (Common for all shell Resins)
Hardner R 4920 is a White amorphous looking finely ground mixture of Hexa Methyl Tetramine and Calcium Streate in suitable proportion in order to impart ideal curing properties along with optimum releasing characteristics. When used as Hardner along with Resital 4920 (Phenol Formaldehyde Shell Resin). The ideal percentage to be used is 16-18% of Resital 4920 for a standard resin coated sand.
RESITAL 5100 / WJ
Resital 5100 / WJ gives high hot and cold strength. This resin also reduces
cracking of cores in very low thickness cores
specially water jacker.
RESITAL 5100 SSM
Faster curing shell resin with very high hot and
cold tensile strength. Resital 5100 SSM, can be
used for higher productivity and with low
hardner addition (upto15-16 %) due to faster
curing properties. |

RESITAL 6861
Resital 6861 is a pure phenolic hot box resin modified with urea for use in warm and hot countries. The Nitrogen level is very low as a result the through cure is slightly slower than that of urea based phenolic hot box resin with higher nitrogen level. On the other hand there is the advantage that it is possible to work without using iron oxide. This resin is used in grey cast iron foundry and can be used on all types of core shooters.
